Why We Exist

Garden State Food Bank is a community-led organization rooted in service, compassion, and faith in action. In times of uncertainty and change, we remain dedicated to serving those in need with consistency and care.

We provide food and essential goods to individuals and families facing food insecurity, including unhoused neighbors and those who may simply need a little extra support. By partnering with local businesses and recovering surplus goods, we serve approximately 200 people each week and reach thousands throughout the year.
